I *know* that it's not a real self-help book, but a very nice librarian recommended it to me in a pinch, because you can almost call it self-help because friends must stick together and experience new things as well. Parts of the book were fun, but parts made me scratch my head because those thoughts were just plain stupid (e.g. falling in love with the same man).
