BLURB:
Are you a special snowflake?Do you enjoy networking to advance your career? Is adulthood an exciting new challenge for which you feel fully prepared?Ugh. Please go away. This book is for the rest of us. These comics document the wasting of entire beautiful weekends on the internet, the unbearable agony of holding hands on the street with a gorgeous guy, dreaming all day of getting home and back into pajamas, and wondering when, exactly, this adulthood thing begins. In other words, the horrors and awkwardnesses of young modern life.
This is the first book in Sarah's Scribbles series (?) - I guess it is okay to call it book series :)
It's a quick and easy read as it consists of comics drawn by author. The comics are funny and, at least for me, they are relatable as well since they are based on real life situations and worries. For example, there are thousands of things that a person could do, when their Wi-Fi is down, like: read a book, take a walk etc. - but instead you are mad at you laptop for not connecting.
The book is not an ongoing constant story, but just a collection of observations of everyday life situations. I really enjoyed reading it and I think that everybody can find something to relate to in this book.
Totally recommend :)
